Hi, I’m Bronwen

An architect turned nutritionist. As a BANT registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioner with a BSc (Hons), I bring a “design thinking” approach. A long architectural careerure has shaped my process of looking at how your body’s systems interact and how your environment influences your health. I firmly believe food should nourish your soul and your cells, and my focus is on empowering you with the knowledge you need to maintain your own “internal architecture.”

I offer online consultations, designed to fit into your life, wherever you are.

  • The design brief: we conduct a thorough review of your health history, and may use functional testing to better understand your body’s requirements

  • The blueprint: you receive a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, including recipes, handouts, and targeted supplement advice if needed

  • The build: I typically recommend a 3-session package. This gives us enough time to understand your needs, interpret data, implement changes, and ensure your habits are built to last
