My journey into nutritional therapy is deeply personal. An accidental discovery that eating a traditional Mexican diet while backpacking in my twenties helped me avoid migraine attacks sparked a passion for understanding how nutrition can support overall wellbeing and quality of life.

I'm especially interested in the connections between the gut and brain because I've seen how understanding these relationships can help people feel better and more energetic in their daily lives.

My background in architecture has shaped how I approach nutrition – the "nutritecture" concept both honours my previous career and reflects this connection. Just as I once created integrated building environments, I now focus on designing personalised nutrition programmes that support your body's natural systems.

I am a registered nutritional therapy practitioner, registered with British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and fully insured.

I believe that positive changes happen in a supportive environment where you feel heard and understood, and where the approach is practical and fits your real life.

About Me

A smiling woman with short dark hair, wearing a maroon jumpsuit, sitting at a kitchen counter with a plate of salad in front of her. She holds a fork and is about to eat. A green mug is on the counter, and kitchen cabinets are in the background.
